What is your speciality?

Working with 16-25 year olds teaching my skills to learners. I enjoy seeing them succeed and them having a little of my training in them and their hairdressing.

Why did you become a hairdresser/barber?

The industry is exciting and there are so many pathways you can develop into. You will always have work, but I always knew I would teach, that’s my passion.

What made you come and work for Voodou?

I have known the company for a very long time, I actually worked for their first training school. After a career break I decided it was time to return to work so I called Rob, if I was going back work I was going to work for the best!

What is the most adventurous style you have ever been asked to do?

From very long waist length hair to short, disconnected, with colours to enhance the style and shape…I had near heart failure with that one!

Vidal Sassoon and Lee Stafford

Who are you listening to at the moment?

Snow Patrol, Adele 19 and 21 album , James Blunt and Mumford and Sons

Pedicures with a massage and Chocolate
