Why did you become a hairdresser/barber?
My mother made me… it was more for her getting freebies than her son getting a great career.
What made you come and work for Voodou?
It’s a place with character. I wanted to work somewhere i could grow into myself as well as my hairdressing.
What is the one product you can’t live without or use more than any other in the salon?
TIGI Headrush. It’s literally an instant makeover in a can.

Who would be your dream client?
Dead:The most amazing man with the most amazing hair, Jim Morrison.
Alive: The Queen , i’d have her come in once a week for a blow and a jangle.
What is the most adventurous style you have ever been asked to do?
it’s usually the other way around, i like to see how adventurous the clients will go.
Who are your style icons?
Anyone who pushes fashion boundaries and most importantly has confidence.
Who are you listening to at the moment?
At the moment im loving the girls with attitude and have something to sing about. My friends band, Koool Thing are gonna be huge. Also love the first lady of Rock and Roll: Wanda Jackson and of course, Patti Smith.
Do you have any guilty pleasures?

Do you have any celebrity look-a-likes?
I really hate to say it but…Gok Wan. If one more person tells me i look like him they will get a smack!
Do you have any secret party tricks?
Put it this way, it’s a secret!
What is your favourite thing about living in Liverpool?
The attitude and swagger of scousers.
