After a small issue, the salon reached out and rebooked me with a different stylist, even offering a generous discount, which I really appreciated. It showed they genuinely care about their customers. I was booked in with Hayley and she did an amazing job. She took my hair from black box dye to a beautiful light brown in one session, which I honestly didn’t think was possible. She also gave me a gorgeous layered cut.
