Fabulous! My second visit to the salon and it was so busy with it being a Sunday, one of their two half price colour days which I like others, had taken advantage of. The atmosphere was great with lovely staff who were attentive, kind and smiling. My appointment was with Mark again, who is so lovely and easy to have a conversation with and of course he's also a fabulous stylist. A couple of glasses of wine later, curtesy of the salon, a refreshed hair colour and cut and my parrner and I were on our way to enjoy the remainder of the day/evening in Liverpool city centre. After a small issue, the salon reached out and rebooked me with a different stylist, even offering a generous discount, which I really appreciated. It showed they genuinely care about their customers. I was booked in with Hayley and she did an amazing job. She took my hair from black box dye to a beautiful light brown in one session, which I honestly didn’t think was possible. She also gave me a gorgeous layered cut.
