Fabulous! My second visit to the salon and it was so busy with it being a Sunday, one of their two half price colour days which I like others, had taken advantage of. The atmosphere was great with lovely staff who were attentive, kind and smiling. After a small issue, the salon reached out and rebooked me with a different stylist, even offering a generous discount, which I really appreciated. It showed they genuinely care about their customers. I was booked in with Hayley and she did an amazin...g job. She took my hair from black box dye to a beautiful light brown in one session, which I honestly didn’t think was possible. She also gave me a gorgeous layered cut. First time customer, walk-in, wonderful experience. The lovely Mark did a super job, listening to me and doing exactly what I needed. I explained that I needed a blow dry on Monday that would last for a meeting on Tuesday while looking naturally beau...tiful.
