Our Complaints Process
At Voodou, we endeavour to deliver exceptional customer service. It is our commitment to you that we maintain high standards. We welcome client feedback and see it as an opportunity to improve and enhance our customer care.
1. We have a no refunds policy because of the nature of Hairdressing.
2. We keep things open, honest, and easy. If you have a concern, you can chat to us in person or email us at [email protected]. Complaints must be made within 2 weeks of original appointment. Once we have received your email, we may wish to see your hair in person even if you have already provided us with photos and videos.
3. We will get back to you as soon as we can, but our policy is 21 days to look into any given situation.
Cancellation or Reschedule Policy
We require a 48 hour notice period of cancellation.
Clients who cancel or reschedule within 48 hours will forfeit their booking fee, which is required when making an appointment.
