At Voodou, everyone's welcome - always. We're here to create a space where you can relax, feel good, and leave feeling like your best self. Our team is all about great vibes, great service, and making sure every visit feels special.

We’re constantly learning and growing, so your feedback means a lot to us. Whether it’s love or something we could do better, we’re always listening. If something didn’t feel quite right during your visit, we’d really appreciate the chance to make it right.

Complaints Process

We keep things open, honest, and easy. If you have a concern, you can chat to us in person or email us at [email protected] within 2 weeks of your appointment.

To help us look into things properly, we may ask you to pop your complaint in writing to our Salon Manager. From there, we’ll take the time to review everything carefully and get back to you within 21 days. We’ll always handle things with care, respect, and complete confidentiality.

If we can't resolve things at this stage, your concern will be passed to our Director for a final review.

While we don’t offer refunds (details below), we're always here to listen and do our best to find a fair outcome.

Refunds Policy

Bookings & Cancellations

We totally get that life happens - but last-minute cancellations and no-shows can really impact our team and other clients.

We kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. If less notice is given, your deposit will be forfeited.
