Every year Liverpool dons its glad rags, heels and best Blow2Go for The Juice FM Style Awards and 2010 was THE most glamourous year yet, taking the glitterati on a pilgrimage to the fabulous Anglican Cathedral.
Robbie and the gang stormed the Anglican bringing the Faces of Liverpool Paul and Rachael along for the ride.
The Saturdays, The Wanted, Diana Vickers and Alex Gardner provided the musical backdrop for the awards ceremony as three hundred guests attended to celebrate the best in Liverpool’s music, fashion, culture, sport and style.
107.6 Juice FM listeners nominated and voted online in seventeen categories ranging from Liverpool Street Style and Best Salon which, for the 4th Year running Voodou were proud to take home!
Alex Gerrard proudly accepted the Most Stylish Scouser award on the night, which was presented by Justine Mills from Cricket alongside the members of The Saturdays – while her other half received the coveted Most Stylish Icon Award. The Most Stylish Sporting Star, which was won by Everton FC’s Mikel Arteta was unable to attend on the night, and the award was picked up by Jose Baxter from Everton FC.
The team from Voodou thoroughly enjoyed schmoozing with the celebs and homegrown style icons of Liverpool. We were overjoyed at winning Salon of The Year for the 4th year running and are so proud to have Liverpool’s support.
Juice FM has created an awards ceremony that reflects what the people of Liverpool love and we hope that we can make 2011 another winning year.
